Everything required to maximize your collections is included in M&B's Full Medical Billing Solution.  You will see everything we do on your account, in Real-Time on our remote office server.  Our only request is that you monitor your Provider Request for Information Web Page or Faxed Request for Information, and provide us with any requested or missing data.  This allows our office to effectively collect on all of your claims.

BACK OFFICE MEDICAL BILLING SOLUTION
The more you do yourself using your own resources, the lower your charge will be.  The Back Office Medical Billing Solution gives you total control of your practice data and gives you the freedom to choose what you outsource to M&B and what you want to do yourself. 

Patient Well-Care Services
The patient Well-Care Service is a marketing system that is designed to assist your office in increasing business by reminding patient's of their appointments, acknowledging patients on their birthdays, notifying them of their annual visits or tests such as mammogram's, bone density, etc. 
This program can also help you gain entrance into an insurance companies participating network as a Participating Provider.  Preventative medicine lowers the cost of healthcare overall and is what insurance companies are gearing toward.

FEE SCHEDULE ANALYSIS
We take your present fee schedule and compare what you are charging to your local GAF (geographical area factor)  From there we can give you an analysis of what you are charging compared to other physicians to the 50th, 75th and 90th percentile of a select procedure.  We also keep your practice up date on changing Medicare fee schedules.

PRACTICE CONSULTING - Charting, Procedure and Diagnosis Auditing
Ensure your medical records contain accurate and complete information.  This service includes a review of the evaluation & management codes and documentation in a patient's chart. 

PROVIDER & FACILITY CREDENTIALING
Our office can help you to obtain an individual provider number as well as credential your office as a group practice to Medicare and commercial insurance companies.  From there we keep track of the expiration of your credentials and re-credential as needed ensuring you don't fall out of network compromising the payment of claims.

Electronic and paper submission of claims
We are equipped and trained to handle all forms of insurance claims submission - paper or electronic- and will pursue the most efficient means possible to achieve the quickest carrier payout for your practice.  We can submit electronic claims to 1500+ insurance companies for all 50 states.  Smaller insurance companies without electronic abilities are submitted via paper.

Electronic claim tracking with follow-up on all rejected and denied claims
All electronic claim submittals generate a report so we know within 24 hours claims have either been accepted or denied by your insurance company.  You can also check the status of your claims in real-time 24/7 on the Internet.

Filing of primary and secondary insurance claims
We pursue all secondary and tertiary carrier claims, as well as follow up on ALL disputed claims until a resolution is found.  We don't stop until FULL payment is received.

Experienced Billing for Medicare Claims and Medicaid Claims
There is nothing more frustrating than having a Medicare or Medicaid Insurance claim denied.  Health care providers face a complex, evolving system of rules and regulations governing Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement for service.  We have experience in Medicare and Medicaid claims submissions and have the ability to submit claims electronically for all 50 states.

Posting of insurance patient payments
When you receive payment, simply forward us a copy of the Explanation of Benefits, patient receipt, or completed daysheet.  We will review all EOBs for accurate reimbursement, and then promptly post all payments to the appropriate account.

We will field patient phone calls about their invoices, accounts, or general insurance questions.  Your patients can call our toll-free number to speak with an account representative.

Monthly processing of patient statements & soft collections
Monthly statements are sent to your patients with remaining balances at 30, 60 & 90 days with no additional fee.  After the third statement at 90 days the account is turned over to your office for submission to the collection agency of your choice.

Follow-up and resolution of all aged accounts
Your billing account representative will challenge any and all rejections and will do prompt follow up on any problems.

Credit Card Processing
With your merchant account we can process credit & debit card transactions on your behalf.  We can process VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. 

Patient Well Care Services
We help your office with patient retention using our patient well care services marketing plan. For a small additional fee, monthly we will send greeting cards and postcards to your patients reminding them of appointments, annual exam, birthday greetings, etc.

The more you do yourself using your own resources, the lower your charge will be.Our Back Office Solution gives you total control of your data and gives you complete freedom to choose what you want to outsource and what you want to do yourself. All services necessary to maximize your collections are still offered optionally with this program.  The database and software will remain in our office with total access by your office, and will remain under your complete control during your working hours. At the end of your day when you log out of our software we perform the tasks you have elected to have us do. The flexibility offered by this solution enables you to choose which tasks you want to outsource and which ones you want to do yourself by utilizing your existing staff.
